Which is why perfection has always been a priority. Our welders are AWS certified. And over 90% of our welds are done robotically for consistency and integrity. With over 30 welding robots, in-house friction welding and a data-driven continuous improvement program to eliminate defects, it’s clear we take the art of welding very seriously.
All welds are examined by internally certified visual weld inspectors backed up by our full weld certification lab. Plus we have a team of AWS CWIs, including a Senior CWI, to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

PAINT AND FINISH, IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS.
Because our finishing system is specifically designed for painting cylinders, they arrive at your facility ready to go. We use a wet-on-wet, two-component primer and polyurethane topcoat for unmatched quality. We can handle 20 different concurrent colors through an electronic proportioning unit that guarantees reliable, accurate mix ratios and quick changeover.
