Rosenboom Machine & Tool, Inc. is Currently Seeking Applicants for the Following Positions:

 

Sheldon, IA Facility

Tester/Assembler – Operates automated and manual test and assembly stations, reads blueprints, and uses quality gauges. Relative experience preferred, not required – Dayshift positions available

 

CNC Mill & Lathe Operator – Operates and sets-up a CNC milling and/or turning machine, reads blueprints, and uses quality gauges. Operate CNC machines such as Mazak, Okuma, and Haas. Relative experience preferred, not required – Nightshift positions available.

 

Robotic Welding Operator – Operates a robotic welder, may also tack weld by hand, reads blueprints, and uses quality gauges. Relative experience preferred, not required – Dayshift positions available.

 

Paint Line Operator - Identifies products and components by customer, number and/or color and loads and unloads components/products from and/or to pallets, carts, machines, conveyors, etc.  Day & Nightshift positions available

 

Mazak Operator - Operates and sets up computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions on metal to produce precision parts. Operator must apply knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.  Nightshift positions available

 

Production Supervisor – Provides daily and consistent leadership in the promotion and realization of RMT, Inc. goals. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing leadership, representing the Company, supervision and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing process, demonstrates commitment to employee growth and achievement, and oversees product quality. Relative supervisory experience required – Day & Nightshift positions available.

 

 

 

 

Spirit Lake, IA Facility

Dayshift Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs (overtime likely)

Nightshift Hours: 4:30pm-3:00am, Mon-Thurs (overtime likely)

Production Scheduler – Looks at department requirements coordinating efficient flow of materials and components throughout the manufacturing process, flags bottlenecks, and informs scheduling supervisors about them.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: communicating with management and supervisor about problems, using computer to enter, track, and update information, assign materials and components, and review efficiency reports. Relative experience preferred, not required.

 

Production Administrative Assistant - Provide high-level administrative support to the production management team by conducting research, compiling data, preparing reports, maintaining records, handling information requests, and performing other miscellaneous projects. Relative clerical and/or production experience preferred, not required.

 

Nightshift Production Supervisor – Provides daily and consistent leadership in the promotion and realization of RMT, Inc. goals. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing leadership, representing the Company, supervision and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing process, demonstrates commitment to employee growth and achievement, and oversees product quality.
