Rosenboom Machine & Tool, Inc. is Currently Seeking Applicants for the Following Full-Time Positions:

 

Spirit Lake Facility – Day and Nightshift Openings Available

Dayshift Hours: 6:00-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs

Nightshift Hours: 4:30-3:00am, Mon-Thurs

 

CNC Set-up Technician – Performs set-ups including minor programming edits on CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers. Relative experience required.

 

CNC Mill Operator – Operates and sets-up a CNC milling machine, reads blueprints, and uses quality gauges. Relative experience preferred.

 

CNC Lathe Operator – Operates and sets-up a CNC milling machine, reads blueprints, and uses quality gauges. Relative experience preferred.

 

Day & Nightshift Supervisors – Provides daily and consistent leadership in the promotion and realization of RMT, Inc. goals. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing leadership, representing the Company, supervision and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing process, demonstrates commitment to employee growth and achievement, and oversees product quality. Relative supervisory experience required.

 

 

Sheldon Facility – Dayshift Openings Available

 

Warranty Analyst -- Analyze returned goods and document results. Evaluate, verify and document part failure and correspond as appropriate with internal personnel and the customer.

 

CNC Mill Operator – Operates and sets-up a CNC milling machine, reads blueprints, and uses quality gauges. Relative experience preferred.

 

CNC Lathe Operator – Operates and sets-up a CNC milling machine, reads blueprints, and uses quality gauges. Relative experience preferred.

 

Robotic Welding Operator – Operates a robotic welder, may also tack weld by hand, reads blueprints, and uses quality gauges. Relative experience preferred.
